AMSCO Windows Warranty
The company offers a lifetime non-transferable warranty on their window lines. If you sell the property, the warranty expires 5 years from the day the window was installed. The warranty is good for 10 years in any building other than a single-family owner occupied residence. There is a large section in the warranty devoted to what is NOT covered under the warranty.
